Boondocks MarketplacePrivacy Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026
This page explains what information Boondocks Marketplace ("we," "us," "our") collects when you use this website to place a pickup order, and what we do — and don't do — with it. If you have any questions, call us at (360) 591-7938.
Who we are
Boondocks Marketplace
313 Robert Bush Drive East, South Bend, WA 98586

Information we collect
When you place an order on this site, we collect:
- Your first and last name
- Your phone number
- Your requested pickup time, and any notes you add to your order (for example, an allergy or a substitution request)
If you choose to enter an email address on the payment screen (to receive a receipt), that email is collected and handled by Square, our payment processor — see "Payment processing" below.
We never see or store your card number. Payment happens entirely on Square's own secure checkout page. Your card details are sent directly to Square and never pass through or get stored on this website.
How we use your information
We use the information above only to:
- Prepare and fulfill your pickup order
- Contact you if there's a problem with your order (for example, an item sold out after you ordered)
- Keep normal business and tax records of orders
We do not use your information for advertising or marketing, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share order and payment information with Square, Inc., who processes payment on our behalf and whose own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment details: squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/privacy. We don't share your information with any other third party, except where required by law.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics, and we don't track you across other websites. Square's own checkout page may use cookies as part of processing your payment securely — that's covered by Square's privacy policy linked above, not this one.
How long we keep your information
We keep order records for as long as reasonably needed for normal business and tax record-keeping.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
If you'd like to know what information we have on file for you, or want it deleted, just call or email us using the contact information below.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
