These terms cover orders placed online for pickup at Boondocks Marketplace, 313 Robert Bush Drive East, South Bend, WA 98586. By placing an order on this site, you agree to the terms below. If anything here doesn't make sense, just call us at (360) 591-7938 and we're happy to explain.
Orders & availability
Menu items, prices, and availability can change without notice, and an item can sell out between when you load the page and when you check out. If something in your order isn't available, we'll contact you using the phone number you provided to work out a substitution or refund before preparing the rest of your order.
Pickup
Orders are for pickup only, at 313 Robert Bush Drive East, South Bend, WA 98586, during our posted business hours. An "ASAP" order is typically ready in about 20 minutes; a scheduled order will be ready at the time you chose. We can't guarantee food quality if it's picked up significantly later than requested — please call us if you're running behind.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through Square. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full order total. We don't store your card information — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Cancellations & refunds
If you need to cancel or change an order, call us as soon as possible at (360) 591-7938. We'll do our best to accommodate a cancellation before we've started preparing your food; once preparation has started, a refund may not be possible. If we make a mistake on your order, let us know and we'll correct it or refund that item.
Food safety & allergens
Consuming raw or undercooked meat, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Our kitchen handles common allergens, including shellfish, fish, dairy, gluten, tree nuts, and others, and we cannot guarantee that any item is free of allergens or cross-contact. If you have a food allergy, please tell us in your order notes or by phone before ordering — we're glad to talk it through, but the final decision of what's safe for you to eat is yours.
Our right to refuse or limit an order
We may limit quantities, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if we're unable to fulfill it, if we suspect an order is fraudulent, or if we're closing early. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund it in full.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Boondocks Marketplace isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website or an order placed through it, beyond the price you paid for that order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
